High-Level Emergency Care
St. Anthony Summit Medical Center has been Summit County's primary health care resource since 1978. Today, we offer the region's highest level of emergency care. And, because you never know when you'll need us, we're always ready 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our nurses on staff are certified in either Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advances Life Support (PALS). In addition, emergency room nurses complete certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
St. Anthony Summit Medical Center is also home to board certified sports medicine physicians, general and orthopedic surgeons, and other trauma-treatment professionals. This team is supported by on-site laboratory and imaging services including an electronic "teleradiology" link to St. Anthony Central Hospital in Denver that enables us to access radiologists around the clock.
