This year-round licensed family medicine clinic, located in Grand County at an altitude of 9,110 feet, is at the base of the Winter Park Ski Area.  During the winter and summer months, the clinic is open seven days a week.  In the spring and fall of the year, it is open four days a week, Monday through Thursday.  Hours vary seasonally, but generally the clinic is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Approximately 5,000 patients are treated annually.  The Flight For Life Colorado helicopter serves St. Anthony 7 Mile Medical Clinic for severely injured or ill patients who may need immediate transport to a Denver hospital.

The clinic has a staff of 10 to 14 medical professionals whose schedules vary seasonally.  All staff registered nurses are certified in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), and one or both PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course).
