Every day brings new proof of the connection between spiritual and physical health. It suggests that the Franciscan nuns who founded St. Anthony Hospital were well ahead of their time! For even in the 1890s, Sisters Mary Huberta, Mary Christina and their fellow nuns saw spirituality and prayer as powerful forces for healing and health. That legacy lives today at St. Anthony Summit Medical Center in many ways.
