Over 30 Years of Caring
St. Anthony Summit Medical Center has provided health care services to Summit County residents for over 30 years. It was established in 1978 to serve the high country communities located in Summit County and the surrounding area as a 24-hour emergency facility. Today, St. Anthony Summit Medical Center is a 35 bed full-service hospital with a Level III trauma designation.
The hospital includes the following medical disciplines and services:
• Level III Trauma Center with 35 in-patient rooms
• State-of-the-art emergency department with 16 private treatment rooms
• Critical Care/ICU
• Three state-of-the-art operating suites for inpatient surgical procedures
• Spine & Joint Orthopaedic Services
• Cardiovascular Services – Summit Cardiology
• Women’s Health – Summit Breast Care Services
• Labor & Delivery with a dedicated C-section suite within the unit
• Imaging services include x-ray, CT scan, nuclear medicine, digital mammography,
ultrasound and MRI
• Laboratory and pharmacy services
• Summit Sleep Disorders Center
• Mountain Base for Flight For Life Colorado
