SANE Walk/Run 2013

5K Fun Walk/Run on the paved pathway from the hospital to Frisco and back. 
Pets on leash and strollers welcome.

Donations:
$30 Adults  •  $15  K-12 Students  •  $75 Family – 2 Adults and up to 4 Students  •  Under 5 Free
Day of Event fees:  $40 Adults  •  $20 Students  •  $100 Family

Registration:
To register online for the 5K SANE Walk/Run please click here.  You can use your credit card to pay for sponsorship or registration fees.  Please indicate that your payment is for the SANE Program in the drop down list of programs.

If you would like a Foundation representative to email or call you please click here  (this would go to my email) to send us an email or call Linda Lichtendahl at 970-668-9755.   We will respond within 48 hours with either an email or phone call and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the SANE Walk/Run.  We are also able to take your credit card information by phone for registration or sponsorship payments.

Become a SANE Walk Sponsor and/or Silent Auction Donor
• Donate $50 or more by April 12.

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Compassionate Sponsor:  $1,000
Helps with the $10,000 expense to provide the special training for a compassionate SANE nurse

• Sponsor receives first right of refusal, at this level, for 2014 event
• Sponsor name/logo will be placed with prominence on participant gift
• Sponsor name/logo will be included on signage along Walk/Run route
• Sponsor name/logo will be included on sponsor signage displayed at event
• Event Registration for four people included with sponsorship
• Sponsor name/logo in Summit Daily News thank you ad
• Sponsor name included in all event advertising: pre-event stories, press Releases, radio releases,
Hospital weekly online newsletter, listing on the Centura website

Survivor Sponsor:  $500
Helps with expenses to provide SANE nurse coverage 24/7/365 for forensic exams for survivors

• Sponsor name/logo will be placed on participant gift
• Sponsor name/logo will be included on signage along Walk/Run route
• Sponsor name/logo will be included on sponsor signage displayed at event
• Event Registration for two people included with sponsorship
• Sponsor name/logo in Summit Daily News thank you ad

Education Sponsor:  $250 
Helps with the expenses for a SANE nurse to participate in continuing specialized education

Training Sponsor:  $100
Helps with expenses for a SANE nurse to train law enforcement to assist victims of sexual assault

• Sponsor name on sponsor signage displayed at event
• Event Registration for one person included with sponsorship

Caring SANE Friend:  $50
Helps purchase forensic exam supplies for the SANE exam room in the Emergency Department
