A 15-year community volunteer in Summit County, Stacy has contributed much time and talent to the Summit School District. She currently serves on the Summit High Building Accountability Committee and is a past co-chair of the Breckenridge Elementary PTSO. As a member of the school district Nutrition Committee she was instrumental in making district-wide improvements to the school lunch program. As a registered dietitian, Stacy has a passion for healthful eating and consulted for over 20 years in weight management, prenatal care and sports nutrition. She is a graduate of the University of California (B.A. Psychobiology), California State University (MS Nutrition Science) and Stanford (R.D. Stanford University Hospital and Stanford Center for Research in Disease Prevention).
Stacy currently works with her husband Peter in their custom home building company, Rockridge Building. She helps homeowners with their custom selections and interior design. To maintain her own state of wellness, Stacy is an avid alpine backcountry skier, and also enjoys mountain and road biking and hiking. She and Peter are raising their three children in Breckenridge: Kelly, a Summit High sophomore; Brian, a sophomore at UCLA; and Krysten, a graduate from Berkeley with a degree in Public Health.
